Teamcenter

We are utilizing Teamcenter for our Product Lifecycle Management needs. It is also allowing us to restructure our parts management, BOI, BOM, and BOP to stand up SAP. We are also exploring the functionality of digital documents when creating digital specifications for raw materials. It has an ease of use as well as a robust access management characteristics.

We have a large portfolio of agriculture products and managing its engineering data was difficult. That's when Teamcenter was introduced and observed many of our problems. It has solutions like drawing release, manufacturing BOM release, ECN management, testing reporting, and many more. In my case, we use PLM for NPD (new product development) from scratch to proto development. We go through the workflow process and involve CFT members in the concurrent mfg process.

We use it from engineering, from the full spectrum, from doing the engineering data, integrating with SAP and all the other systems, and allowing it to be doing the change management and feeding through into the mass systems and SAP.

We are a partner, and we explore the different possibilities of Teamcenter. We see all topics from product configurations, structure management, and user rights. We also look at both rich client and active workspace and are also looking into its connection to other products. We are interested in its technical structure and the possibility of managing the process with CI/CD.

Classification, Product data management and workflows, Shopfloor connection NC to Maschine from Teamcenter, and for configuration of Products. We also use the MRL for Tool Magment. We also use Teamcenter to realize full automatic production line. We are using NX CAD integration to configure our products und NX CAM integration to create the NC Files.

Migration from Enterprise to Unified, General BOM and Engineering design expanding out into BOP and MBOM, Release and change managment

We, as EQ, provide with our partner Siemens solutions to integrate their Teamcenter into the customer landscape(e.g., Integrate as mounted structure and service and maintenance between TC and Salesforce).

We integrate Teamcenter with erp tools like sap and oracle for our product data management needs. Its a great help for us as its a great solution to our designing and manufacturing requirements.

We use Teamcenter as Masterdata management system, to connect all plants together and create a porduct lifecycle for all the products and tools to create this products. Teamcenter help us to show in all languages (we are a global player) the spefification for the product and parts. it's show the historie of the parts and make the approvel for all parts.

We help people make use of non-Siemens CAD systems with Teamcenter. This helps enlarge the breadth of users that Siemens solutions can support.

The primary business problem that Teamcenter addresses is the complexity of managing product-related information and processes. Throughout the lifecycle of a product, from concept development to retirement, there is a vast amount of data generated and multiple stakeholders involved. Teamcenter helps us to streamline and centralize this information, providing a single source of truth for product-related data. Our main scope is collaboration and Workflow Management where Teamcenter enables effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing teams and even suppliers. We are using the given tools for managing and automating workflows, facilitating information sharing, and ensuring everyone is working with the latest information.

Teamcenter is used for managing Design, Part, Document, BoM, BoP, workflow, etc. The ever-growing and evolving landscape of Siemens Xcelerator portfolio helps to digitize the process and shall make the digital twin a reality in the near future. The partnership that Siemens has been establishing with other solution providers such as SAP, Microsoft, IBM, etc, shall also help in addressing use cases in various departments.

We use Teamcenter in almost all areas of the company, from design to manufacturing and assembly. We also have different integration between Teamcenter, SAP, and the MES system. For design and manufacturing, we use NX for the design.

I'm responsible for the PLM environments infrastructure. We prepare servers, investigate new possibilities, and we implement new integrations. We are responsible for Teamcenter running securely and with good performance. We also create new TC environments, and we are checking new functionalities, for example, cloud and SAP integrations.
